Hi mums.
I moved here from Albany a few years ago, had a baby etc... have really struggled to find mental health support.

Can anyone recommend a decent GP, trauma and addiction recovery sort of thing or is there really just not much help here.

I can't have a consistent week or feel like my medication is right because no GPS in my area really have any understanding of mental health, the hospital's have way too much on and i just not getting anywhere and my partner works away so it really is becoming consuming.

Close to the city or Belmont if anyone can recommend anyone
I really didn't know where else to ask.
