Has anyone used a meal plan service to loose weight? Not lite and easy where the meals are delivered as such, but a service where someone writes a meal plan with ingredients and methods etc and you follow it. Can be the same food repeatedly if need be as in one daily meal plan for the entire week (saves me on wastage and I can actually prep for the week)?
I am doing a challenge with my current gym and they have a full plan but it's not baby friendly. I had a salad today and the dressing had like five different measurements of five different things and it is all quite time consuming to put together? I just need relatively quick and easy?
Should note, I am wanting to loose weight so looking for menus that support calories etc??
